After the Europe-wide qualification, the 15 best shop teams from the respective countries met at the Noord skatepark in Amsterdam this weekend for the grand finale. To cut a long story short, Venero from Spain took first place and €6000 in the end with highly technical skating. Skate Boutique (BEL), Burnside (NL), Junkyard (SWE) and Flatspot (UK) were relegated to places two to five. Besides the actual contest there was a miniramp session on Friday, where Robin Bolian and Simon Karlsson took everything apart before it went on to the artshow of Jacob Ovgren. On Saturday there was an exhibition of the colleagues from Skateism and the contest ended with a best-trick session, where Robin and Simon also went heavy on the quarter. Although, this wasn't really the end yet. Finally we went to Sexyland for the afterparty...
