Copenhagen Open 2023 was a blast again and we haven’t even fully recovered yet. Complete overload, like always. Tons of lovely people, great skateboarding and yeah: beers. It started on Wednesday with the 1UP session in the streets and the premiere of the newest Nike SB video (Noah and Eetu are crazy – you’ll see soon). Thursday it was Fælledparken all day long with some big bowl skating and Vitoria Mendonca turning pro. Friday started with the LGBTQ session in the skatepark. Later on the session at Amager strandpark was a bit rained out in the beginning but later a few fealress moshers hucked themselves down the 17 stair widomaker rail. Saturday was also a bit of rain but in the evening we released our 50th issue at an event together with db next to the big final party and afterwards everything got a bit blurry. Escalation as normal. So Sunday was just a big chillout by the water. As you can see in the photos, everybody had a great time as always. There were loads of side missions as well. We have missed some of them. It’s impossible to see everything that’s going on but we definitely enjoyed our time in Copenhagen to the fullest. Can’t wait till next year!
