Ever answered a tumblr questionnaire? Shane O’Neill did it at the Street League Barcelona for us.

Yeah, you could say I was a bit lazy before going to the Street League in Barcelona und didn’t think too much about questions for the interview with Shane O’Neill. I thought, it’s 2015, the internet should do that for me. So I just copied tumbler-questionnaires and was ready. Tell me a number and I ask you a question – here we go. Thanks tumblr!

If you could meet anyone, living or dead, who would it be?

It would be my grandpa. Just because I didn't get to see him. I was a kid. I don't know who else… Maybe Martin Luther King.

What do you find attractive it the preferred sex?

I can say the obvious like tits and ass. Or maybe face, personality. Shit, that’s way harder than the other question. But Spain has got girls out here. It’s awesome.

If you could be any fictional character, who would you be?

Maybe Iron Man. I think he’s sick.

By the way, what do you think about that Zigram23 thing?

It’s awesome! It’s funny. I mean it doesn’t really mean anything. I wish I was a robot because then I would never miss. I liked the trailer, it’s crazy and I don’t know how they edited it that good. It’s cool.

If you were reincarnated as an animal. What would you wanna be?

I would be a tiger just to fuck shit up. It’s a good animal.

What was the biggest decision you had to make in your life?

Maybe just moving to America. I love Australia and love living there but I had to move to America so I could make everything happen within skating. My family and friends are still in Australia.

If you could go on a trip to wherever and with whoever you want, where and who would it be?

I would go to Fidji and I would go with all my friends from Australia, skaters and non-skaters – and I’m actually doing this next month. So it’s reality. I’ve never been on a holiday so I’m bringing all my friends. I just rented a house and we’ll gonna go to the beach. Just a whole week of doing nothing. I’ve never done that.

Name one extreme turn-off.

Smoking cigarettes. It’s the worst. The breath and everything.

If you could have any superpower, what would it be?

It would be to fly so I could just… Or actually it would be teleportation. So I just could be anywhere. That’s what I want. I would be in Australia at home and then I would be here. I would go home right now and come back in a hour. That would be great.

What story does your family always tell about you?

Just skating stuff. Always. That all I wanna do is skating. When I was a kid I would go to school and skate before school and skate after it, until I was old enough to go out. When you are twelve years old you can’t go out so I would just go skate all the time. Whenever they talk about me, they talk about this.

Do they collect stuff from magazines?

Yeah, they have a lot of that stuff. Mostly my grandma. Little medallions or medals when I was a kid doing contests and magazine stuff. She keeps everything. It’s cool.

If you would be in the Simpsons, what character would you be?

I would be Bart Simpson because he does whatever he wants and he skates.

What’s your favorite book?

I started to read a little bit more elderly books – things about life, but I would say Harry Potter. I read those when I was a little kid. I enjoyed it and when the movies came out I watched those too.

What's your favorite time of the day and why?

The night, because I like chilling and watching movies and drink some beer. That’s it. Definetly nighttime.

If you where invisible for a day, what would you do?

Probably take a bunch of money from people that have stolen themselves. [laughs] And then I would just go on a another trip with my homies.

What was the last nice thing somebody said to you?

A kid told me two minutes before this how much he likes my video parts and that I’m his favorite skater. I like that because he actually watches the street skating stuff as well and he was into that instead of just the contest shit which isn’t that important as the street skating and videos. I was stoked that he said that.

What did you want to be as a child?

I wanted to be an architect. Randomly. But I was really into all the pyramids and just random architecture. That’s why Spain is so good too. But yeah. I started skating when I was ten and then I was over that fact so now I’m here. I’m glad, I’m happy with that decision and I still can do that later on. But I can’t skate when I’m forty.

Next thing you do after this interview?

I’ll go and skate the Street League course. I was trying to skate before but it’s pretty crowded out there. So just chilling but I like watching anyways. I don’t wanna skate for 15 hours straight in the heat today, so I just watch.
